Douglas Winner has extensive experience in the education field, having worked as a principal at Susquehanna Township School District before taking on roles such as Assistant to the Superintendent-Elementary and Director of Elementary Education at Lower Dauphin School District. Winner holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Virginia.
