Cristina Tackett

Cristina Tackett is currently a K-2 teacher at Lower Yukon School District since August 2020. Prior to this, Cristina worked as a retailer at SAS Retail Services and as a foreign language teacher at Wall Street English and Beijing Haidian Foreign Language School. Cristina also has experience as a Power Scholars Lead Teacher at YMCA of Greater Brandywine and as a Child Development Specialist at Head Start. Additionally, Cristina has worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Avon Grove School District and as a Third Grade Teacher at Shippensburg School District. Cristina holds a Doctor of Education - EdD in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
