Kirk Erickson

Kirk Erickson has over 35 years of experience in the retail grocery industry, currently serving as a Store Director (in Training) at Lowes Foods since August 2025, where training focuses on operational and cultural dynamics. Throughout 2023, Kirk has provided expertise as a Network Expert for several organizations, including GLG, AlphaSights, Dialectica, Third Bridge Group Limited, and proSapient, addressing various business challenges in retail grocery and customer service. Previously, Kirk held significant roles at Publix Super Markets from 1995 to April 2023, culminating as Store Manager, with responsibilities encompassing store operations, human resources, and customer service. A former Retail Group Leader at Daisy Brand and a Territory Manager at PepsiCo, Kirk holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Florida.
