Anoop Rajan began their career in 2010 at HCL BPO as a Technical Support Officer, providing assistance to British Telecom customers. Anoop then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services in 2015, where they served as a Senior System Engineer before being promoted to Assistant Manager. In this role, Anoop handled site-wide performance monitoring and issue quantification, as well as monitoring user performance and identifying fraudulent activities. Anoop joined Amazon in 2013 as a Quality Analyst before transitioning to Lowe's India as a Lead Business Analyst in 2022.
Anoop Rajan completed their B. TECH degree in Electronics And Communication from K.M.C.T College of Engineering and the University of Calicut between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their 10th grade education at Dayapuram Residential School in 2003. Anoop also obtained their S.S.L.C degree from the Board of Higher Secondary Education in the same year. Anoop Rajan has additional certifications including a Blue Triangle Performance Professional certification from Blue Triangle and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
