Matt began work in the energy industry in 2004 as a chemical engineer at BP’s former oil refinery in Brisbane. He held management positions at BP in technical, operational, and commercial roles, and then represented BP in establishing the joint venture with Lowes in 2015.
Since then, he has worked in the international development sector for Tearfund, in the roles of Head of Risk & Compliance, Chief of Staff, and now as Interim CEO for Tearfund Netherlands.
