Caitlyn Gins

Caitlyn (Jolley) Gins is the Director of Store Operations Communications at Lowe’s, where they utilize their extensive background in organizational effectiveness and internal communications. Previously, they served in various roles at Lowe’s, including Senior Manager of Executive Communications and Communications Lead Consultant. Caitlyn began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Pionear Recruiting and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Journalism from North Carolina State University. They have a strong belief in the power of communication tools to foster learning and freedom among individuals.
