Phillip Morales is a strategic retail operations leader with a strong background in asset protection, loss prevention, and safety management. They have extensive experience in developing and implementing programs aimed at reducing financial loss and enhancing safety across various retail environments. Previously, Phillip held roles at companies such as The Home Depot and Kmart Corporation, where they managed teams and conducted investigations to mitigate theft and improve safety compliance. Phillip earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Criminology from Valencia College and is certified in Wicklander-Zulauski techniques.
