The Food and Beverage Service Team at Lowlands Group is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience by ensuring seamless service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Led by the Restaurant Manager, the team includes Hosts who greet and seat guests, Servers and a Waitress who take orders and ensure guest satisfaction, a Server's Assistant who supports the Servers, and a Server Trainer who ensures that service standards are upheld. Together, they work to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared meals and an extensive selection of biers, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every guest.
