Charlotte Robinson

Charlotte Robinson has extensive work experience in the energy industry, primarily with npower. Charlotte started their career at npower in 2003 and held various roles with increasing responsibilities until 2022. Charlotte'sroles included head of Infrastructure Operations, head of Enrolment and Adoption Operations, and metering compliance and technical manager. Charlotte was responsible for managing operational programs, budgets, and teams, and played a key role in supporting the company's growth objectives. In 2023, they joined Lowri Beck Services Limited as the head of Data Services, where they are responsible for developing strategy, ensuring compliance to industry change initiatives, and leading the operational activities of the Data Services team.

Charlotte Robinson completed their education with a degree in BSC Economics and Sociology 2:1 (Hons) from the University of Bradford in 2000. Charlotte later pursued certifications in PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner from Axelos Global. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Six Sigma Online in 2017.
