Michael Fullilove is the Executive Director at Lowy Institute and Director of the Global Issues Program. Michael is a Member of the Advisory Council at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. Fullilove holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations, a Master of Philosophy in International Relations, a Bachelor of Laws (University Medal) from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours and University Medal) from the University of Sydney.
