Joseph Chung has over a decade of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as IT Manager at Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District since May 2010, where responsibilities include designing and supporting technology across all company areas. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Whitney National Bank from February 2003 to May 2010 as a Treasury Management Associate, focusing on the implementation and servicing of treasury management products and ensuring quality client support. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pensacola Christian College and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Palm Beach Community College.
