Viviane Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital projects and ERP implementations. Currently serving as the Digital Projects Director at LOXAM since June 2019, Viviane excels in enhancing customer experiences through digital solutions. Previously, as a Business Analyst Project Manager at Wynne Systems from October 2010 to June 2019, Viviane managed ERP implementation projects across multiple European countries. Prior to that, Viviane worked at Ernst & Young as a Consulting Project Manager for over a decade, specializing in ERP selection and implementation across various sectors. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from ESSEC Executive Education and several degrees in economics and information systems from esteemed institutions.
