Anthony Sireci

Sr. Vice President, Clinical Biomarkers And Diagnostics Development at Loxo Oncology

Anthony Sireci is the Vice President of Diagnostics Development and Medical Affairs at Loxo Oncology. Anthony has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on personalized genomic medicine and clinical pathology.

Anthony began their career as a Resident in Clinical Pathology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where they later became Chief Resident in Clinical Pathology. Anthony then spent seven months as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, providing operational and strategic consulting services to healthcare organizations.

In 2009, Anthony joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center as the Medical Director of the Laboratory of Personalized Genomic Medicine. Anthony also served as an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University.

In 2013, Anthony left Columbia to join Lilly as the Vice President of Clinical Biomarkers and Diagnostics Development. Anthony was promoted to Vice President of Diagnostics Development and Medical Affairs in 2015, and Senior Medical Director in 2016.

In 2018, Anthony joined Loxo Oncology as the Vice President of Diagnostics Development and Medical Affairs. In this role, they is responsible for leading the development and commercialization of diagnostic tests for Loxo’s portfolio of targeted cancer therapies.

Anthony Sireci graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2007, where they were a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gertrude Stein Society. Anthony then went on to get their Masters of Science in Biostatistics from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health in 2009. Anthony is also a graduate of New York University, where they studied Chemistry and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the NYU Wind Ensemble. Anthony has multiple certificates of qualification from the NYS DOH in genetics, molecular oncology, and biochemistry.
