Yesenia Lara

Yesenia Lara has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2010. Yesenia began their career at ZTE Corporation as a Technical Presales Engineer, where they were responsible for providing product/solution of fixed access networks and ICT products, defining and documenting technical customer solutions, and responding to technical parts of tenders. In 2015, they took on a role at NICE PEOPLE AT WORK as a Customer Engineer, where they showcased NPAW products, provided technical details of video analytics solutions and business intelligence, wrote technical offerings, RFP and integration documentation, and provided reports on customer status and product needs. Later that same year, they returned to ZTE Corporation as a Technical Sales Account Manager, where they conducted market research, identified business opportunities, sustained and improved customer relationships, and collaborated with sales, project and technical teams. In 2018, Yesenia joined Schaman as a Senior Presales Solution Engineer, where they were responsible for leading demos and POCs, defining the scope of technical solutions, designing customized e-learning solutions, and providing technical leadership during Proof of Value. In 2019, they moved to StratioBD as a Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for analysing current business practice, processes and procedures, identifying future business opportunities, developing overall solution plans and strategic vision, and providing technical expertise in artificial intelligence, ML and SW developments. Finally, in 2021, Yesenia began their current role as Head of Presales at Loyal Guru, where they are responsible for the overall management of retailers' functional and technical requirements, providing technical support to tenders' submission, promoting retailers-wide adoption of Customer Data Platforms, and contributing to technical strategy and service development.

Yesenia Lara's education history includes a Master of Information Technology Management from La Salle BCN from 2015 to 2016, an MSc Project Management from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2013 to 2015, and a Telecommunication Engineer degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2004 to 2009.
