Merel Bakermans

Merel Bakermans is currently a Sourcing Consultant for Risk & Compliance and Pension & Life at Loyal Interim since October 2023, responsible for attracting new talent and managing relationships. Concurrently, Merel serves as a Home Care Assistant at Acteon Thuiszorg since May 2024. Past leadership roles include Chair of the Congress Committee for Study Association INPUT, overseeing a nine-member team to organize a congress on employee well-being and health, and a Commissioner of External Relations within the student board. Merel also held the position of Chair of the Celebration Committee at Tilburg University and worked as a Research Assistant on a project focusing on safe spaces for neurodiverse employees. Prior experience includes working in the bakery department at Albert Heijn from May 2019 to November 2022. Merel is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Labour Law and Employment Relations at Tilburg University, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Sciences and attended Avans University of Applied Sciences.
