Carolyne Guzman

Carolyne Guzman is currently a Provider Liaison/Account Manager at Loyal Source Government Services, where responsibilities include managing Provider Network accounts and ensuring compliance with VA training mandates. Prior to this role, Carolyne served as a Program Support Specialist at the same company, providing healthcare administrative assistance for the CBP contract. Previous experience includes serving as a Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, where clinical meetings were led and patient support was provided. Additionally, Carolyne worked in the Patient Services Department at Vision Source® and as a Medical Receptionist and Unlicensed Optician at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Carolyne holds a Bachelor's of Science in Health Services Administration and is pursuing a Master of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida.
