Dinesh Kulhari

Dinesh Kulhari has a wealth of experience in product operations and management. In 2004, they began their career as a Software Engineer for Reporting House. In 2005, they moved to GE where they were a Sr. Analyst. From 2008 to 2019, they were with Majid Al Futtaim, where they held the roles of Product Manager - Loyalty and Customer Systems, Product Manager - Analytics and Data, and Project Manager - Business Analytics. From 2019 to 2022, they were Head of Products and Systems at Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society (COOP/SPAR/MEGAMART), where they set up product management and agile practices to transform SPAR and COOP UAE for the digital transformation journey. Dinesh is currently the Director of Product Operations at Loyalty Juggernaut.

Dinesh Kulhari obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Guru Ghasidas University between 1999 and 2003. Dinesh also obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in 2019.
