Jorge Usabiaga Sashida

Managing Director at Loyalty Juggernaut

Jorge Usabiaga Sashida has a long history of work experience. Jorge began their career in 1994 as Flexi Country Brand Manager for Grupo Flexi, where they successfully introduced the outdoor concept in the upscale casual footwear market segment in Mexico. In 1997, they completed a summer internship at Chrysler de Mexico, where they reduced the sales process for new cars from 3 to 1.5 weeks. In 1998, they were appointed Director of Loyalty Marketing Services for Grupo Posadas, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and marketing of all Posadas’ Loyalty Marketing Programs in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. From 2006 to 2016, Jorge was Managing Director and Head of CRM/Loyalty & Social Marketing Services at Dynamo One, where they provided expert assessment in designing, planning and executing digital marketing strategies. Finally, since 2016, Jorge has been Managing Director at Loyalty Juggernaut, where they are responsible for planning, coordinating and negotiating marketing, sales, and promotional efforts aimed to capitalize business opportunities in LATAM, Caribbean and other selected regions.

Jorge Usabiaga Sashida completed a Master in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2009 and 2013. Jorge also earned a MA from IPADE Business School between 1996 and 1998, and a LEM from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1989 and 1993, with a focus on Marketing.
