Averil Case currently serves as Head of Martech and previously as Marketing Automation & Delivery Manager at Loyalty NZ since June 2019, where responsibilities include optimizing marketing technology operations and managing campaigns through the Marketing Automation Platform (Braze). Prior roles at Loyalty NZ included Digital Production Manager, focusing on the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns. Averil's experience extends to a Digital Marketing Specialist role at WWF-Australia, contributing to user journey planning and serving as a Marketo administrator. Earlier positions include Engagement Executive at Global Red Australia, Publishing Assistant at Statistics New Zealand, and Events Team Intern at Massey University. Averil holds a Diploma of Web Development from ACG YOOBEE School of Design and a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and Media Studies from Massey University.
