Dai Jones is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Coordinator at Loyalty NZ since January 2017, Dai oversees the provisioning and support of IT services while providing assistance to development and application units. Previous roles include Desktop and End User Computing Engineer at Loyalty NZ, and various IT support positions at AMP New Zealand, KiwiRail, Unisys, Fujitsu New Zealand, and The British Museum Company. Dai possesses extensive skills in database administration, server support, hardware deployment, and customer service, complemented by qualifications in A+, Network+, CCNA, and CCNP from Britannia IT Training Academy.
