Kudakwashe Nyatsanza is a seasoned Data Engineer with extensive experience in developing automated data pipelines and utilizing DataOps best practices, currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Loyalty NZ since November 2020. Previous roles include Data Engineer positions at Lotto New Zealand and Air New Zealand, where expertise in Cloudera Distributed Hadoop and AWS was honed. Kudakwashe also has a background in advanced data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning. Earlier experience spans engineering and commissioning roles in high voltage systems, along with a project engineering role at Zimbabwe Power Company related to power station life extension. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Energy Studies and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
