Axel Mayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and loyalty innovation. Since April 2015, Axel has served as Senior Consultant for Loyalty Innovation and Head of Product Management at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH, where prior roles included Product Manager of the Loyalty Management Suite from 2011 to March 2015. Before joining Loyalty Partner Solutions, Axel worked at Avaya from July 2003 to October 2011, holding positions as Product Manager for Selfservice, overseeing global product management for IVR and Voice Portal, as well as managing mid-market applications and desktop telephony products. Axel holds a degree as Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies from the Technical University of Munich, earned between 1981 and 1987.
