Martin Erl

Martin Erl has extensive experience in software development and agile methodologies, currently serving as Senior Scrum Master at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing two product development teams and a migration team. Prior to this role, Martin held several positions at REALTECH Deutschland GmbH from March 2000 to October 2018, culminating in the role of Director Software Development, overseeing development teams across multiple locations. Earlier experience also includes the position of Fachlicher Teamleiter Business Process Management and Senior Software Developer, engaging in software development using C and C++, as well as managing project planning and 3rd level support tasks. Martin began a career as a Freelance Software Developer after completing a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) degree at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg from 1994 to 2000.
