Alicia Davis

Alicia Davis is a Senior People + Talent Executive at LoyaltyLion, with prior experience as a Talent Lead at Founders Factory and the NEF+ Programme at the Centre for Entrepreneurs. At Founders Factory, Alicia was instrumental in supporting founders by building and scaling startups, while at the NEF+ Programme, Alicia successfully recruited over 60 talented individuals annually for the entrepreneurial leadership program. Initial roles included a People + Talent Coordinator position at Founders Factory. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, as well as a secondary education from Elizabeth Woodville School.
