Des Adkinson CEng MBCS has over 35 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. In 1985, they began their career as an Analyst/Programmer at Gravesham Borough Council. From 1987 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Developer at Flex Systems Limited and then as a Senior Developer & Project Manager at Omnico Group. In 2006, they joined Temenos as a Head of Integration (Infinity), Head of Delivery (Digital), Senior Delivery Manager (Digital Engagement), Product Manager (Technology) and Delivery Manager (Technology). In 2020, they became the Chief Delivery Officer at AskHomey and, in 2021, they took on the role of Software Engineering Manager at Habito. Currently, they are a Senior Engineering Manager at LoyaltyLion.
