Jake Touw

Jake Touw has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Jake began their career in 2006 as a Trainee Accountant at SS&A Albury. In 2008, they moved to RSM Australia as a Senior Accountant. In 2013, they joined Rangespan (now part of Google) as a Finance Manager. In 2014, they became VP Finance (Finance Director) at Yieldify, a website personalisation platform. In 2017, they became Finance Director at Whitespace. In 2018, they became an Advisor at Particular Audience. In 2019, they became Finance Director at eporta and also began a side project, Kyndling. In 2020, they became an Advisor at Telleroo and in 2021 they became CFO at LoyaltyLion, a data-driven loyalty and engagement SaaS platform.

Jake Touw has a long and varied educational history. Jake attended Pittwater House Schools from 1993 to 2005, where they obtained their Higher School Certificate. Jake then attended La Trobe University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting. In 2009, they began studying at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and in 2012, they obtained their Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. In 2013, they attended General Assembly and obtained a Front-End Web Development degree. In 2015, they returned to General Assembly and received a Data Science degree. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Business Valuations from ACCA. In 2021, they obtained a Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration certification from Coursera.
