Lily Jones is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at LoyaltyLion since January 2023. Prior to this, Lily worked as a Talent Partner at Sensat, assisting in the development of technology for translating the physical world into a cloud-based digital twin, and contributed to Beamery as a Talent Adviser in early 2022.
