Carmen Froman has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carmen began their career as a Lead Radiology Technologist at MacNeal Hospital in 2010, and then became a Radiology Supervisor from 2012 to 2014 at the same hospital. In 2014, they joined Northwestern Medicine as the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at The University of Chicago Medicine as an Imaging Manager. In 2016, Carmen joined Weiss Memorial Hospital, where they held several roles including Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Senior Director of Diagnostic Services, and Chief Operating Officer until 2021. Currently, Carmen is the Regional Director overseeing Loyola, Gottlieb, and MacNeal Hospital at Loyola Medicine.

Carmen Froman earned a Radiography Certification in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from St Francis Medical Center-School of Radiologic Technology in 2005. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Healthcare Leadership from National Louis University. In 2014, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same university. Carmen Froman recently finished their Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Capella University in 2021.
