Charles Andel

Charles Andel serves as the Administrative Director of Clinical Engineering at Trinity Health since July 2017, overseeing the operations of the LUHS Clinical Engineering Program, emphasizing resource management, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction. Prior experiences include roles such as Quality, Compliance, Process Improvement Specialist at Loyola Medicine, and various positions at Loyola University Medical Center, including 3D Lab Technologist and Radiographer. Charles Andel's career began in the US Army, serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer, which contributed to developing leadership skills. Charles Andel holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Radiological Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
