Manager Of Nursing Excellence/magnet Program Director at Loyola Medicine

Kristi Werth has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Kristi started their career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 2004 as a Staff Nurse and eventually became a Clinical Charge Nurse. Kristi then transitioned to the role of Education Coordinator Radiation Oncology. In 2016, they joined Loyola Medicine as a Nurse Staff Educator and later became the Interim Manager of Professional Practice and Development. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Nursing Excellence/Magnet Program Director at Loyola Medicine.

Kristi Werth completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Saint Mary's College from 2000 to 2004. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education at Chamberlain University. In terms of additional certifications, Kristi obtained the Oncology Certified Nurse credential from the Oncology Nursing Foundation in December 2006, and in 2022, they received the Nurse Executive (NE-BC) certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
