Cathy Carroll

Cathy Carroll, MBA, MCC, is the President and founder of Legacy Onward, Inc., specializing in Leadership Coaching for family businesses since 2013. In addition to leading Legacy Onward, Carroll serves as an Adjunct Faculty Assessor for the ITL Leadership Coaching Certificate Program at Georgetown University and as an Adjunct Professor facilitating Peer Advisory Groups for family business leaders at Loyola University Chicago. Carroll has held various board positions, including Member of the Board of Advisors for ET Products LLC and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Just Born, Inc. Previously, Carroll has held significant roles in companies such as Pro Equine Group, United Airlines, and Sabre Holdings, alongside an early career in actuarial consulting at Hewitt Associates. Carroll holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago and a BA in Mathematics and French from Boston College.
