Shanelle Burns

Shanelle Burns currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Advancement Operations & Campaign Planning at Loyola University Chicago, where responsibilities include program assessment, strategy design, and leadership of a team of 27 staff to support a major fundraising campaign and a CRM conversion initiative. Previously, Shanelle held positions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, managing prospect development and critical campaign projects for a $1 billion campaign, along with expertise in CRM conversions. Additional experience includes leadership roles in advancement services and information systems at Valparaiso University and the University of Notre Dame, as well as early career development research at Culver Academies. Shanelle is furthering education in an Executive Program for Emerging Leaders at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BS in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
