Albert Dupont is an experienced media and technology professional currently serving as the Technology Coordinator for the School of Communication and Design at Loyola University New Orleans since March 2017. Dupont has maintained a career in video production as a freelance video engineer and camera operator since October 2012, while also holding the title of Avid Certified Instructor since 2008. Prior to these roles, Dupont worked as a teacher and facilitator at the Satellite Center from August 2005 until March 2017, starting just before Hurricane Katrina. Dupont's earlier experience includes positions as a videographer and editor at WVUE-TV Fox 8 New Orleans from November 1993 to August 2005, and as a news producer at WAFB TV and KATC-TV ABC Television. Dupont holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Nicholls State University and completed 30 hours of graduate work towards a Master's degree in Communications at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
