Derek Yeung

Derek Yeung is a legal and engineering professional with extensive experience in patent law and electrical engineering. Since October 2012, Derek has served as a Partner at Loza & Loza, LLP, following a tenure as a Patent Attorney at Chistie, Parker & Hale, LLP from August 2007 to October 2012 and at HRL Laboratories, LLC from August 2006 to July 2007. Derek's early career included roles such as Senior Electrical Engineer at GNP Computers, Inc. / Pinnacle Data System, Inc. and Embedded Control Engineer at Aerovironment, Inc., along with experience as an ASIC Design Engineer at BethelTronix, Inc. Derek holds a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Derek was a member of the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association from 2010 to 2011.
