Matthew M. Lear

Matthew M. Lear is currently a Senior Counsel at Lozano Smith, where they practice municipal law as a Deputy City Attorney for several cities in the San Joaquin Valley and as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Madera. Previously, as an Associate Attorney at Yarra Law Group, they represented clients in various criminal and civil litigation matters. Matthew also worked as a Law Clerk for the Law Office of William Delaney, assisting with legal research and case preparation. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) from San Joaquin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
