Scarlett Loving

Scarlett Loving is an Associate Attorney at Lozano Smith since July 2024, bringing prior experience from Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP, where Scarlett served as a Law Clerk and File Clerk from August 2018 to June 2024. Scarlett's legal education was completed at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, where Scarlett earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Scarlett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, as well as Media Studies from the University of Oregon (2013-2017), and participated in a study abroad program in 2016, focusing on Food, Culture, and Italian Politics.
