Ellen Phillips

Ellen Phillips currently serves as a Senior Associate Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs since August 2021, having previously held the role of Associate Attorney at the same firm. Prior experience includes a position as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from April 2020 to August 2021 and as an Associate Attorney at ZEIGER, TIGGES & LITTLE LLP from September 2019 to April 2020. Ellen also worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia from September 2018 to September 2019 and completed a Judicial Externship at the Supreme Court of Ohio in early 2018. Earlier internship experiences include roles at Nationwide and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ellen earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and German Language from Washington and Lee University.
