Andrea Korte

Andrea Korte has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea started their career as a Juristische Mitarbeiterin at Rack Rechtsanwälte in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Following this, they worked as an Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort from 1999 to 2001. Andrea then joined Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA, where they held the position of Head of Equity Trading & Derivatives/Documentation from 2001 to 2010. Andrea later served as the Head of Legal Germany at Macquarie Group from 2010 to 2011. In 2008, Andrea became the Stellvertretende Ausschussvorsitzende at DDV - Deutscher Derivate Verband and remained in this role until 2011. In 2012, they co-founded factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik (LPA Outsourcing Services) and worked as a Managing Director/Co-Founder. In 2014, Andrea founded factor-i GmbH CAPITAL MARKETS and worked as a Managing Director/Founder.

Andrea Korte attended Goethe University Frankfurt from 1989 to 1999 and obtained a Staatsexamen degree in Rechtswissenschaften (Law). Additionally, in 1991-1992, they received a DAAD scholarship and studied at the University of Geneva, focusing on Droit (Rechtswissenschaften) (Law).
