Santiago Calderon Pellon

Santiago Calderon Pellon has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Santiago started their career at Societe Generale as a Junior Analyst in the Equity Capital Market Team in Paris from 2003 to 2004. Santiago then moved on to Banesto where they worked in the Fixed Income & Credit Derivatives and Structured Sales Team from 2004 to 2006. Santiago rejoined Societe Generale in 2006 and worked in the Equity Derivatives and Structured Sales Team until 2009. Santiago then joined Georgeson Shareholder as Director for Spain and Portugal, where they focused on developing and marketing the business for those regions from 2009 to 2012. Currently, Santiago works at Lucht Probst Associates GmbH (LPA) as the Managing Director. In this role, they are responsible for the business development, strategy, and growth of the company's activities in Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Italy. Santiago helps banks and asset managers automate their processes, optimize their time, reduce operational risk, and improve time to market.
