Assoc. Aia Frederick Braggs

Frederick Braggs has extensive experience in finance and administration roles within the architecture and construction industry. Frederick is currently serving as the Principal and Chief Financial Officer at LPA, Inc. Prior to this, they held similar positions as the Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Steinberg Hart from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Design and Construction Finance at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from 2017 to 2018. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Gensler as a Senior Associate and Director of Finance & Administration. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Vice President and Regional Director of Finance at HOK. Before that, they worked at the Los Angeles Unified School District and AECOM in finance and contracts administration roles.

Frederick Braggs, Assoc. AIA, has pursued their education at Penn State University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance Management. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Louisiana State University, majoring in American Government and Politics (United States).
