Carla Simental Pe

Carla Simental, PE, has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as Project Engineer I at LPA, Inc. since January 2018, where roles have included Structural Design Engineer at various levels. Prior experience includes a structural engineering internship at LPA and a position as an Assistant Designer at FTF Engineering, Inc., where design and documentation of structural members were key responsibilities. Carla's earlier roles included tutoring college students in physics, math, and architectural engineering, as well as contributions to diversity initiatives and student-assistant positions at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Carla holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
