Nhung Nguyen

Nhung Nguyen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Division at LPBank since April 2024. Previously, Nhung held various leadership roles at TNG Holdings Vietnam, including Director of Learning and Development Center and Director of HR Strategy Center, where responsibilities encompassed developing training programs and managing employee compensation and organizational strategy. Prior to TNG Holdings, Nhung worked as an HR Business Partner Director at VPBank and held key positions at Vietnam International Bank, focusing on HR strategy and transformation. Beginning a career as an HR Consultant at Navigos Search, Nhung possesses a solid educational background with an MBA from the French Vietnamese School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Foreign Trade University.
