Phuong Nguyen (Evelyn)

Phuong Nguyen (Evelyn) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding at LPBank since April 2024, Phuong previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Manager at JB Securities Vietnam and Talent Acquisition Director at TNG Holdings Vietnam. With a strong background in finance and human resources, Phuong has also worked as a Consultant for RGF Executive Search Japan and a Senior Consultant at Talentnet Corporation. Phuong's career began at Vietnam International Bank, where roles included Executive Senior Officer of Strategy and Operation Center and Secretary to the CEO. Educational credentials include an MBA from ERC Institute and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking from the Banking Academy of Vietnam and English Language and Literature from Hanoi University.
