Thomas Tangtiphaiboontana

Thomas Tangtiphaiboontana has a diverse work experience in the golf industry. Thomas is currently serving as the Senior VP of Tour Operations for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions at the United States Golf Association (USGA) where they worked as the Senior Director of Championships from January 2019 to April 2022, and as the Director of International Competitions from November 2015 to December 2018. Before joining the USGA, Thomas worked at the ANNIKA Foundation as the Global Golf Director from January 2013 to October 2015, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating various junior golf tournaments and managing relationships with international golf organizations. Thomas also has extensive experience with the American Junior Golf Association, where they served as the Senior Tournament Director from January 2008 to December 2012, and as the Tournament Director from January 2005 to December 2007. In these roles, they organized and managed national junior golf tournaments, secured corporate sponsorships, supervised staff, and handled various aspects of tournament operations.

Thomas Tangtiphaiboontana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University, having attended from 2000 to 2004.
