Craig Porter

Craig Porter is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and creative direction across various industries. Currently serving as VP Design Director at LPL Financial, Craig advocates for human-centered design and enhances user experiences through direct feedback and design thinking workshops. Prior to this role, Craig held positions at Wells Fargo as User Experience Design Lead, where multi-device experiences were developed within an Agile framework, and at Teaspoon Agency as Engagement Strategist, focusing on internal brand promotion and digital engagement. As SVP Creative/UX Director at Syneos Health Communications and VP Creative/UX Director at Blue Diesel, Craig led creative teams and developed customer-centric brand experiences, achieving significant metrics in customer engagement and product performance. Craig's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Graphic Arts from Burlington County College and a Bachelor's in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
