Jim Gentile

Jim Gentile is a seasoned professional at LPL Financial, having served since 2003 in various roles that span technical support and engineering, culminating in the position of Vice President, Observability & Performance Engineering since April 2015. With a strong background in enterprise monitoring and problem management, Jim's expertise encompasses senior-level responsibilities as well as foundational IT roles, including Senior Systems Engineer and Help Desk Technician. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University, completed in 2002.
