Kristie Edling-Day

Kristie Edling-Day currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Advisor Technology at LPL Financial, where the focus is on the flagship platform ClientWorks, supporting over 20,000 advisors in various technological facets. Prior to this role, Kristie worked at Vanguard for 17 years, holding multiple positions including Principal and Chief Information Officer for Intermediary Technology, overseeing significant B2B operations with approximately $5 trillion in assets under management. Key accomplishments at Vanguard include managing large teams across various divisions and spearheading transformative projects, such as the development of the Defined Contribution industry’s first cloud-native recordkeeping platform. Kristie also has a solid educational background with an M.B.A. in Human Capital Management from Saint Joseph's University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from the College of Charleston.
