Shawn Dawes

Shawn Dawes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and materials management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Procurement Sourcing Analyst at LPL Financial since November 2021, Dawes has previously held significant roles, including Materials Manager at Optum and Materials Management Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente, where participation in an executive team focused on utilizing lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction was notable. At Kindred Healthcare, Dawes spearheaded cost analyses and implemented inventory best practices that resulted in substantial savings and accuracy improvements. Additional experience includes managing a Central Supply/Warehouse staff at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, where oversight of purchase orders and staff evaluations was key.
