Valerie Forsberg

Valerie Forsberg, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and continuous improvement analysis. Since May 2022, Valerie has served as a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst at LPL Financial. Prior to this role, Valerie held various positions at Thrivent Financial from May 2012 to April 2022, including Recruiting and Selection Manager and Field Operations Manager. Valerie's career began in the healthcare sector, serving as Clinical Coordinator at both Austin Cardiovascular Associates and Houston Cardiovascular Consultants from 1995 to 2003. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Houston, completed between 1992 and 1995, and attended Alfred University from 1990 to 1992, following education at Churchville-Chili High School from 1986 to 1990.
