John Garefalakis

John Garefalakis currently serves as Assistant Head Sommelier at LPM Restaurant & Bar since May 2023. Prior to this role, John worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort from October 2022 to April 2023. John is pursuing a Level 3 qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which began in February 2023. Additionally, John holds a Master's degree in International Marketing from Schellhammer Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia.
